1. Returns & Refunds

Perishable Goods Exemption: Due to the nature of our products (homemade food items), we cannot accept returns. Food items are exempt from standard return policies for health and hygiene reasons.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged (e.g., broken glass jar), or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Claim a Refund:

2. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Since our products are homemade in small batches, please allow 2-3 days for us to prepare and pack your order.

Shipping Estimates:

Note: Shipping timings may vary due to holidays or courier delays.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once the batch preparation has started or the item has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
